I coach using the Functional Patterns methodology. It is precise work, because lasting change requires awareness of your habits as they happen, not just a workout you do once. We start by decompressing the areas where your body gets “stuck,” then we re-train how you handle weight and pressure so your system learns to support itself against gravity. The goal is to distribute tension through the entire body so the fascial system can respond to clean inputs, reduce compensation, and build more efficient posture, gait, and movement over time.

The Movement Assessment

Every client relationship starts here. We begin by reviewing your posture, gait, and movement videos to identify your personal compensation patterns and compression points. Then we meet, in person or online, go over your goals, and finish with an hour-long lesson so you leave knowing exactly what to focus on first.

You'll walk away understanding your body better than when you arrived, whether or not you continue. If it's the right fit, you'll be invited into the Foundations Membership, where the app, weekly homework, and all courses are included. Your assessment videos become the baseline we use to track your progress over time.

The assessment is $150, and it's the only thing you pay for before deciding on membership.

Where every client begins after their assessment. We build your baseline: decompressing where your body is stuck, restoring breathing mechanics, and learning your pattern.

Weekly sessions build the baseline fastest. Twice a month works well if you're consistent with your app homework between sessions.

The graduation tier, after your Foundations baseline is built. Daily classes in the app deliver the volume and repetition that make new mechanics stick, while privates keep your work precise. This is where you apply what you've built to standing, walking, running, and throwing, supporting how your body is designed to move.

Prefer sessions without a membership?

If ongoing membership isn't the right fit yet, I offer session packs for focused 1:1 coaching without the app structure: 5 sessions for $475 or 10 sessions for $900. Single sessions are $100.

Packs are a good way to experience the work before committing to a membership, and many pack clients move into Foundations once they feel what the process can do. Want the daily training too? App-guided homework with access to me between sessions can be added to any pack for $40/month.

Meet Your Instructor

For more than 15 years, I lived with chronic pain and a constant sense that my body was fighting me. I tried a long list of methods and practitioners. I learned a lot through Pilates and PRI, but I still felt stuck, especially when it came to posture, gait, and the patterns that kept pulling me back into pain.

Everything changed when I found Functional Patterns in 2024. It was the first system that connected the dots for me and gave me a clear path out of compensation. I started decompressing the places I was locked up, then rebuilding strength and mechanics under real load. Slowly, my body stopped bracing and started organizing.

I became certified in March 2025 and began applying the method with clients. Since then, I have watched people make breakthroughs they did not think were possible, lowering pain, moving with more ease, and building real confidence in their bodies again.
