I coach using the Functional Patterns methodology. It is precise work, because lasting change requires awareness of your habits as they happen, not just a workout you do once. We start by decompressing the areas where your body gets “stuck,” then we re-train how you handle weight and pressure so your system learns to support itself against gravity. The goal is to distribute tension through the entire body so the fascial system can respond to clean inputs, reduce compensation, and build more efficient posture, gait, and movement over time.
Where to Start
Assessment
We start by reviewing your posture, gait, and movement videos to identify your personal compensation patterns and compression points. We will go over your goals, then finish with an hour long lesson so you leave knowing exactly what to focus on first. After your assessment, you will get access to the Foundations Membership, the app, and all courses. We will use your assessment videos as a baseline to track progress over time.
Foundations Membership
This is where everyone starts, because consistency is what creates real change. You get 4 privates per month for precision, plus guided weekly homework in the app so you practice the right things between sessions and get results faster. Focus areas include breathing mechanics, fascial release, corrective exercises, posture, and gait basics. You also get free access to all courses while you are a member.
Integration Membership
Build on Foundations with daily classes in the app so your progress does not rely on willpower or “remembering to do homework.” Daily training creates momentum and helps the new mechanics stick. Privates keep your work precise, while classes deliver the volume and repetition that creates real change. Apply what you have built to posture, standing, walking, running, and throwing. Includes free access to all courses while you are a member.
Meet Your Instructor
For more than 15 years, I lived with chronic pain and a constant sense that my body was fighting me. I tried a long list of methods and practitioners. I learned a lot through Pilates and PRI, but I still felt stuck, especially when it came to posture, gait, and the patterns that kept pulling me back into pain.
Everything changed when I found Functional Patterns in 2024. It was the first system that connected the dots for me and gave me a clear path out of compensation. I started decompressing the places I was locked up, then rebuilding strength and mechanics under real load. Slowly, my body stopped bracing and started organizing.
I became certified in March 2025 and began applying the method with clients. Since then, I have watched people make breakthroughs they did not think were possible, lowering pain, moving with more ease, and building real confidence in their bodies again.
