A simple daily plan that combines gentle lymph-supportive food, a repeatable morning routine, 4-minute movement snacks, and optional self-massage and recovery tools.
If you feel…
Puffy in your face, belly, or legs
Heavy, sluggish, or “stuck” even when you are trying to be healthy
Like your body holds on to water or gets inflamed easily
Like walking is not enough and you want a clear plan
This reset gives you daily structure without extremes.
What this is
A 28-day program built around three levers that support lymph flow:
Hydration-forward food (fruit breakfasts, soup and broth-based lunches, easy dinners)
Daily movement that pumps lymph (short routines you actually do)
Gentle drainage support (self-massage focus areas and recovery add-ons)
You will have a plan every day, plus simple “if you’re tired, do this” options.
What makes this different
Most lymph content gives vague advice like “walk more” or “dry brush.”
This program gives you a repeatable daily rhythm:
Daily Rhythm
Morning (10–15 min): Full-body lymph routine
Midday (10–25 min): Alternating focus
Day A: 360 breathing set (pressure and rib expansion drills)
Day B: Lymph drainage massage focus (one clear area per day)
Movement snacks (4 minutes): 2–3 times per day
A simple 4-minute “exercise snack” to pump lymph and support blood sugar rhythm.
Evening (10–25 min optional): Recovery add-on
Castor oil pack, magnesium flake bath, legs up the wall, gentle stretch, or early bedtime.

With your own supplements
With suggested supplementation
I include clear “if using supplement” guidance so the program still works as written with or without the add ons.
Who this is for
This is for you if you want:
A gentle reset without starving or aggressive detoxing
Less puffiness and more “lightness” in your body
Better daily rhythm and consistency
A plan that supports hydration and circulation
Who should not do this
This is not for you if you:
Need medical care for significant swelling, acute infection, or a suspected clot
Are pregnant or breastfeeding and want intensive protocols without medical guidance
Have a complex medical condition where dietary changes need clinical supervision
(See FAQ and disclaimer below.)
Your first week will feel like…
More hydration structure, simpler food choices, and daily movement that is not overwhelming. The goal is not perfection. The goal is daily repetition.
