About Kelly, Root Force & Regenerative Roots

Hi, I’m Kelly, founder of RootForce and creator of Regenerative Roots.

My work lives at the intersection of movement, biomechanics, fascia, breathing mechanics, and whole-body health. Through both coaching and educational content, my goal is to help people better understand their bodies and create lasting change through practical, grounded tools.

I have been a movement professional since 2013. Over the years, my work has evolved from a focus on pain reduction and movement quality into a broader, more connected view of health that includes posture, gait, breathing, lymphatic support, fascia, and regenerative practices.

In 2021, I earned my Regenerative Health Certification, which expanded my understanding of whole-body wellness, recovery, and supportive lifestyle habits. In 2025, I deepened my biomechanics training through HBS1 certification with Functional Patterns, further shaping the way I approach posture, gait, breathing, and long-term structural health.

RootForce is the movement and coaching side of my work.

This is where I help clients improve posture, movement patterns, breathing mechanics, and overall function through biomechanics-based training and body awareness. RootForce is centered on helping people reduce compensation patterns, build strength, and move with more efficiency and ease.

Through RootForce, I offer movement education, coaching, and practical tools for people who want to feel stronger, more supported, and more connected in their bodies.

Regenerative Roots is the educational blog and content side of my work.

This is where I share articles, resources, and courses related to fascia, lymphatic health, breathing mechanics, movement, nourishment, and regenerative living. Regenerative Roots was created to make complex health and body topics feel more understandable, practical, and usable in everyday life.

It is a space for grounded education, thoughtful self-experimentation, and supportive tools that help people feel better in their bodies over time.
