Your Mirror Body Map Is Ready
Thank you for downloading The Mirror Body Map.
This guide will help you compare what you feel with what you can actually see—so you can identify shifts, rotations, compression, uneven curves, and the patterns that appear when you move under load.
How to Begin
Start with the body you have today. Do not correct your posture before taking your first photos or looking in the mirror.
Use multiple mirrors when possible, or take photos and videos from the front, back, and both sides. Circle areas that appear compressed or crowded, and use arrows to show the direction of visible shifts, rotations, or hip hikes.
Then use the movement pages to compare your two sides and notice where a smooth curve becomes a hinge or localized shear.
The goal is to choose one precise relationship to work on—not to change everything at once.
Want Help Understanding What You See?
A body map can show you where your patterns appear, but it may not explain how those patterns connect throughout your body.
During a RootForce Movement Assessment, I look at how your feet, pelvis, ribcage, shoulders, breath, and movement strategies work together. From there, we can identify the positions your body needs to access and begin building the strength and fascial capacity to maintain them.
