If you’ve been doing the “right” exercises but still feel stuck, tight, unstable, or inconsistent, 1:1 coaching helps you stop guessing and start training what your body actually needs.
My sessions focus on posture, gait, breath/pressure, and whole-body coordination so your strength carries over into real life.
My Story (why I do this)
I dealt with chronic pain starting in my teens. I was repeatedly told nothing was wrong, or that I would just have to live with it. Meanwhile, I could feel the compression and inefficiency in my body, especially in how I moved and walked.
I’ve been in the fitness field since 2013, and I spent years trying different approaches. Some helped, some were dead ends, and many didn’t address the root issue: how the body organizes itself during our most basic human movements.
It wasn’t until I found Functional Patterns® that I started to see real change in my posture, mechanics, and pain levels. That experience is what shaped how I coach today.
My approach
I coach using the Functional Patterns® methodology as a licensed practitioner, and I integrate it with over 12 years of experience as a movement professional. The goal is to help you build an efficient, elastic body that can absorb force well and move with more ease, power, and grounding over time.

Online Training (all new clients start with an assessment)
Online: We meet on video. You’ll send simple footage ahead of time (walking + a few basic views). We’ll review your priorities and build a clear plan for what to practice between sessions. You can get started with a few basic tools (bands are helpful) training online is just as effective as in person training. Because consistency is where real change happens I teach through a subscription model allowing you to learn 1:1 to find precision in your movements and then guided homework or optional daily classes dependent on the membership tier.
