Kelly has been a movement professional since 2013. She has a passion for biomechanics, pain reduction, and whole-body health. In 2025, she deepened her biomechanics training through her HBS1 certification with Functional Patterns, and in 2021 she earned her Regenerative Health Certification, expanding her lens to include lymphatic health and detoxification. She loves sharing what she’s learned with others who are on their own health-focused path.
