Your Serratus Reset Is Ready

Use this seven-day reset to explore more support through your ribcage and shoulder blades without asking your neck to hold everything together.

Watch the complete progression

The video shows all four stages of the reset:

Release → Create space → Strengthen → Integrate

Before you begin

Choose one or two things to notice:

  • Do your shoulders shrug as your arms travel overhead?

  • Can you feel your back or side ribs expand when you inhale?

  • Does your neck tighten when you reach?

  • Do you feel steady through your trunk when you balance?

Move slowly through the progression. The goal is not to create the largest movement or the strongest burn. Notice whether your shoulder blade stays connected to your ribcage and whether your neck can do less.

When you finish, check the same observations again. Use the tracker inside the PDF to follow what changes across the week. A wider breath, an easier reach, or less neck effort gives you useful information about what your body responds to.

Want to understand your breathing pattern more deeply?

The Serratus Reset gives you one focused progression. Inside 360 Breathing, I walk you through a broader process for creating space, sensing where pressure moves, building coordinated tension, and carrying that support from assisted positions into more integrated movement.

You will learn how to:

  • create room for ribcage expansion

  • identify where your breath and pressure tend to travel

  • reduce unnecessary neck and upper-chest effort

  • strengthen the ribcage without forcing it into position

  • choose exercises that fit your current breathing and posture pattern
