How to Use This Course

This course is designed to be simple, practical, and repeatable. You do not need to do everything perfectly to benefit. The goal is consistent support over 28 days through breath, movement, self-massage, nourishment, and optional add-ons.

The course has two main parts

1) The 28-Day Calendar (your “start here” page)

This is where you will go each day. The calendar tells you exactly what to do and links you to the right videos in the library.

2) The Video Library (your “toolbox”)

This is where all videos live in one place, organized by category:

  • Morning lymph routine

  • 4-minute movement snack

  • Massage library (by body area)

  • Breathing flows

Your daily rhythm

Most days will follow the same simple structure:

  • Morning: the morning lymph routine

  • During the day: the 4-minute movement snack

  • Daily focus: a breathing flow or an area-focused massage. Can be done anytime of day

  • Daily Optional: choose one add-on from the Daily Extras and Tools Section of Chapter 4

If you are short on time (Minimum Effective Dose)

If you are busy or overwhelmed, prioritize in this order:

  1. Morning lymph routine (even 2–5 minutes helps)

  2. 4-minute movement snack

  3. Today’s focus (breathing flow or massage)

  4. Keep your meals simple, supportive and hydrating

How to choose your daily add-on

Use the daily extras as support, not pressure.

  • If you feel wired or tense: choose a calming option (gentle breath, legs up the wall, early bed)

  • If you feel heavy or stuck: choose a light movement or vibration option

  • If you feel sore or depleted: choose warmth, rest, or a castor oil pack

  • If you feel fine: you can skip the add-on completely

One supportive choice is enough.

What to do if you miss a day

Do not restart. Do not try to “double up” aggressively.
Just continue with where you left off, or skip to the day you would have been on.

Keep it simple

This course works best when it feels sustainable. Consistency beats intensity. Your job is to show up, stay curious, and let the repetition teach you what your body responds to.
