Choose a place with some form of natural input: a park, trail, backyard, garden, lake, tree-lined street, patch of grass, porch, doorway, or window.

You do not need to do this perfectly.

The goal is noticing.

Let your feet read the ground.
Let your nervous system orient to sound, light, texture, and space.

Then notice what changes.
